The sky is velvet black and stars
Shine like a multitude of pearls.
And in the colour of the night
I see your eyes so dark and pure.
The night looks tenderly. At once
Both in its smile...and in its face
I see your soft sincere glance
Which makes delighted and amazed.
The night is gone, the stars died down
The dusk is fading in the sky.
But not your eyes....they hold their crown,
Your gaze still makes my spirit fly.
So deep and soft
Is your eyes' glow.
It stirs my heart
And warms my soul.
They give me light,
They calm me down
And even the night
envies the colour of your eyes.
