Belittling the honor and dignity of someone and unjustifiably restricting their rights is not allowed.
6. All members of the Community «FCLSA» have the right to elect and be elected to positions in accordance with the Internal Structure of the Community.
7. All members of the Community «FCLSA» are obliged to respect each other, respect the opinion of each member of the Community, respect the authority of the Community itself, observe the norms of the Internal Structure of the Community, and respect the symbols of the Community.
Insulting members of the Community, belittling the authority of the Community, as well as showing disrespect for the symbols of the Community is not allowed. A warning and a strict warning are applied for violations of these rules. Exclusion from Community is possible for systematic violations.
8. Political agitation and propaganda, open statements of sympathy or dislike for certain political movements, state or non-state bodies, persons related to politics, etc. are prohibited in the Community «FCLSA». Discussion of political events and phenomena is not allowed. The only exception may be an approach to a particular issue from a scientific point of view or from the point of view of literary creativity (historical research, literary characters, etc.).
Demonstrations of political symbols of any State or political movement outside the context of history and/or science are prohibited, and calls to join a particular political movement are not allowed.
It is forbidden to express sympathy or dislike for certain persons related to politics (statesmen, etc.), both to the deceased and to the living.
For violation of all the prohibitions mentioned in this paragraph, a warning or severe warning is provided. For the continuation of the violation after the application of these measures, the question is raised about the exclusion of the violator from Community.
9. Commerce is prohibited in the Community «FCLSA». No one can demand payment from anyone for any action within the Community, especially since paid membership in the Community is not allowed.
Community officials have no right to demand payment from other members for anything within the Community. For violation of these norms, exclusion from Community is provided.
The Community «FCLSA» operates as a non-profit organization and does not aim to make a profit from its activities.
The Community «FCLSA» does not accept commercial financing from either state or non-state bodies, as well as from individuals.
The exceptions may be voluntary donations without compensation. Voluntary, gratuitous (preferably small in size and quantity) donations from organizations or individuals and acts of donation are allowed. Donations or donations from participants are also allowed within the Community, subject to the conditions of gratuitousness and voluntariness (a small number in terms of size and number of donations / gifts is desirable).
The Community «FCLSA» does not accept financing (including even donations and donations) from abroad, i.e. from government agencies, non-governmental bodies and individuals located outside the state where the Community operates. This rule is established in order to avoid conflict between Community and the state authorities.
10. Members of the Community «FCLSA» have the right to participate in the life of Community, to represent and defend its interests in the outside world, to campaign for membership in Community, and to popularize Community in the outside world in every possible way.
11. Members of the Community «FCLSA» can communicate with each other on the basis of common interests, interact and communicate to discuss various topics related to culture – literature, sciences, arts, etc. Members of the Community can educate each other, share knowledge, interesting facts in the field of culture, etc.
The activity of members of the Community, their interaction, communication and communication are strongly encouraged.
Communication between members of the Community is based on the principles of politeness and mutual respect.
12. Members of the Community «FCLSA» can offer advanced creative ideas both to each other and to let them out into the outside world. New cutting-edge creative ideas are strongly encouraged.
The implementation of such ideas is an exclusive initiative of the members of the Community based on the principles of voluntariness and gratuitousness.
The implementation of these ideas should not violate the Rules of the Community.
13. Members of the Community «FCLSA» who have the ability to author (i.e., to compose artistic or non-artistic works) may freely distribute their works within the Community without any restrictions in order to familiarize other members of the Community with their works. Authorship is strongly encouraged and cannot be limited by anything.
Free reading of all submitted works by the author(s), their discussion and expression of one's own opinion about the liked or disliked work(s) is allowed.
Insulting the author's work or the author himself, grossly evaluating it, and belittling the honor and dignity of the author(-s) in the eyes of other members of Community is prohibited. In the case of a work that is not liked, a member of the Community is recommended to say: «This work (essay) I didn't really like it because / in connection with… [specify the reason]». A crude form of review of the work and its insult is not allowed. For violation of the above-mentioned norms, a warning and a strict warning may be applied as penalties. For systematic violations – exclusion from Community.
Each member of the Community may express his own opinion on a particular work or refrain from expressing an opinion.
Every work written by one author or another belongs entirely to one author or another. If a work is co-authored, then each of the authors has equal rights to it. In other words, the copyright to a particular work is assigned to one or another corresponding author. The dissemination of works among Community is carried out by the author in order to familiarize, popularize and introduce other members of Community to a particular work, because through this the principle of popularization of culture is also realized.
14. The Community «FCLSA» does not allow theft and appropriation of copyrights to a particular work by any of the members of the Community (or third parties). Any attempts to appropriate works and/or distribute them outside the Community without the author's consent, to make adjustments to works without the author's consent, as well as to issue works by authors who are not members of the Community (both deceased and living) as their own are considered serious violations and entail exclusion from Community.
15. In the Community «FCLSA», it is also allowed to distribute for familiarization the works of those authors who are not members of the Community (both deceased and living), but also in compliance with copyright and with indication of authorship.
16. The Community «FCLSA» does not allow humiliation of the honor and dignity of those persons who are not members of the Community, their public negative discussion and insulting. This provision applies to both deceased and living persons.
17. The interaction and communication of the members of the Community among themselves is carried out in any language convenient for them. If other members of the Community do not understand the words of others and express a desire to understand them, they should be provided with a translation.
Both natural and artificial languages can be used.
The use of highly specialized vocabulary of a particular language (so-called «slang») is not prohibited, but it is not encouraged either.
The use of profanity in a particular language in order to insult someone or something is prohibited. However, there is no complete ban on obscene words. In certain cases (but not in the context of an insult), their use is possible, although discouraged.
18. After being expelled from the Community, a former member may at some time be considered as a candidate for re-entry into the Community (with a promise not to violate the Rules in the future). This practice may occur in certain cases.

The Symbols:
1. The Symbols of the Community «FCLSA» are established in accordance with these Regulation.
2. As the coat of arms of the Community «FCLSA», a symbol has been installed representing a graphic image of an open book placed in a horizontal position with the pages open in the middle, above which is a figure of an atom with visible components – the nucleus and electrons rotating around the nucleus.
It is assumed that the open book symbolizes literature in the broad sense of the term, and the atom – science, also in the broad sense of the term.
The coat of arms of the Community «FCLSA» is depicted on the title page of this Charter.
3. The established symbols play the role of an identifier of the Community in the outside world, by which one could easily recognize the Community.
4. Every member of the Community is obliged to treat the symbols of the Community with respect and not to take actions that could undermine the authority and significance of the symbols of the Community. Such actions are considered as a violation of the established Rules and may result in the application of penalties up to exclusion from Community.
5. It is prohibited to use the symbols of the Community in its interests without the official consent and permission of the Community, including the use of symbols by members of the Community without the knowledge of the Community. The use of the Community's symbols for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. In certain cases, the Society may officially allow the use of its symbols in its interests for non-members of the Community.
7. The symbols of the Society may be used in agitations and in the popularization of Community in the outside world (both by members and non-members of the Community with the official permission of the Community).
By the official permission of the Community, it is permissible to print symbols and publish them on information networks.
